GENERAL CONDITIONS
Objective
This document aims to regulate and communicate the internal operating procedures of RPCendo regarding the provision of training services, whether in person or online.
Registrations and Access Conditions
Registrations are processed in the order they are received; therefore, submitting the registration form does not guarantee a place in the course.
Only after receipt of the payment corresponding to the registration and seat reservation will participation in RPCendo Courses be guaranteed.
The courses have a limited number of spots, and RPCendo may reject the registration of a participant who applies after the maximum number of seats has been filled.
Course Delivery Conditions
Details regarding the training sessions — including schedule, dates and location — will be communicated via email or through appropriate platforms.
During the course, RPCendo commits to providing coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon, as well as a lunch break, at scheduled times.
Changes to the Course Schedule
RPCendo reserves the right to modify course dates in cases of force majeure (e.g., COVID-19 pandemic).
In such cases, RPCendo will notify all participants as early as possible.
If the module cannot be held on the originally scheduled date for reasons of force majeure, a new date will be set. In this case, no refunds or compensation will be granted.
Absence from One or More Modules
Missing one or more modules — or parts thereof — regardless of the reason, does not guarantee participation in the equivalent modules in future editions of the course.
Although it is often possible to reschedule, it is always subject to availability.
Withdrawals and Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
-
Withdrawal up to 45 days before the course start date: 100% refund of the registration and seat reservation fee.
-
Withdrawal up to 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the registration and seat reservation fee.
-
Withdrawal within 15 days of the course start date or later: no refund will be issued.
The Complete RPCendo Course is considered a single integrated course, with a total price that reflects a discount on the combined value of the three included courses (Endodontics Course, Endodontically Treated Teeth Rehabilitation Course, and Clinical Course). Therefore, any refund amount must reflect this global value and not the individual value of the three separate courses.
Payment Terms, Discounts, and Special Conditions
Installment Payments
If the course is paid in instalments, the participant must ensure that the card used for the purchase has sufficient funds and remains valid throughout the payment schedule.
Payments are charged automatically on a monthly basis, always on the same day each month.
In the case of payment via Multibanco reference, the participant will receive an email notifying the due date and providing the payment reference. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure timely payment of each monthly instalment.
Complete RPCendo Course – Unified Structure
The Complete RPCendo Course is considered one unified course, with a total price reflecting a discount on the sum of the three individual components (Endodontics Course, Rehabilitation of Endodontically Treated Teeth Course, and Clinical Course).
Transfer of Registration
Participants may transfer their registration to a colleague, provided RPCendo is notified at least 7 days before the start of the course.
Assessment
The assessment process is continuous and qualitative.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive:
-
An official RPCendo diploma, delivered at the end of the training;
-
A formal training certificate issued through the SIGO platform, sent later by email in PDF format.
Attendance and Certificate Issuance
Participants must sign an attendance sheet at each training session, provided by a member of the training team.
This record will be used to verify attendance levels. The professional training certificate will only be issued to participants with at least 90% attendance.
The certificate will only be issued if all required information has been correctly provided on the registration form.
Suggestions or Complaints
At the end of the course, each participant will receive a satisfaction questionnaire where they may submit suggestions or feedback.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the training coordinator. After reviewing the situation, a response will be provided within a maximum of 15 working days.
Trainer Responsibilities
The trainer must strictly follow the course programme and its respective syllabus.
The trainer is responsible for:
-
Providing and compiling all course-related information;
-
Adapting the teaching methods to the content of the training;
-
Providing all materials necessary for practical sessions;
-
Completing session summaries;
-
Recording any relevant incidents;
-
Conducting a qualitative evaluation of the participants.
