The courts of Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims, disputes, or issues that may arise.
To access our online learning platform, the user must read and accept the registration terms and conditions.
User registration is mandatory in order to access the online platform. Personal data collected through RPCendo websites is strictly confidential and used exclusively by RPCendo to identify and understand the preferences of its clients. This data is automatically processed in accordance with Law 67/98 of 26 October and is for RPCendo’s exclusive use.
The user may, at any time, update or correct their registration details without RPCendo’s intervention, simply by accessing their profile. To cancel their registration, the user should contact RPCendo, Lda., using the contacts provided above.
In order to access our service, the user agrees to:
Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information about themselves, in accordance with the questions in the form;
Keep their registration data updated;
In the event of providing incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or false information, RPCendo reserves the right to suspend or cancel the registration.

The restricted access area of RPCendo’s websites may use cookies (a group of data exchanged between the browser and the server, stored in a text file created on the user's computer).
