RPCendo Courses

= GENERAL CONDITIONS =

Objective

This document aims to regulate and clarify the internal procedures of RPCendo in the provision of training services, whether delivered in person or online.

Registrations and Access Conditions

Registrations are processed in the order in which requests are received; therefore, submitting the registration form does not guarantee a place in the course.

Participation in RPCendo courses is only confirmed after receipt of the payment corresponding to the registration and seat reservation.

All courses have a limited number of seats. RPCendo reserves the right to reject a registration if the course has already reached its maximum number of participants.

Course Delivery Conditions

The details regarding the delivery of each training course (including schedule, dates, and location) will be communicated via email or through appropriate platforms.

During the training programme, RPCendo commits to providing coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon, as well as a lunch break at scheduled times.

Changes to Course Schedule

RPCendo reserves the right to reschedule course dates due to force majeure (e.g., COVID-19 pandemic).

RPCendo also reserves the right to change or cancel course dates if the number of participants is less than half of the available seats.

In all such cases, RPCendo will inform all enrolled participants as early as possible.

If, due to force majeure or an insufficient number of participants, the course cannot take place on the originally planned date, a new date will be scheduled.
In such cases, no refund or compensation will be granted.

If the course is cancelled without being rescheduled, RPCendo commits to refunding all enrolled participants in full.

Non-attendance in One or More Modules

Failure to attend one or more course modules — whether partially or fully — for any reason, does not guarantee participation in the equivalent modules in future editions of the course.

Although we usually try to accommodate such requests, it will always be subject to availability.

Withdrawals and Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Withdrawal up to 45 days before the course start date: 100% refund of the registration and seat reservation fee.

  • Withdrawal up to 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the registration and seat reservation fee.

  • Withdrawal up to 15 days before the course start date or later: no refund will be granted.

The “Complete RPCendo Course” is considered a single course, with a total fee that includes a discount on the combined value of its three individual components (Endodontics Course, Restoration of Endodontically Treated Teeth Course, and Clinical Module).
As such, any refund due to withdrawal will always reflect the discounted bundle value, not the full price of the three courses separately.

Payment Terms, Discounts and Special Conditions

If the course fee is paid in instalments, the participant must ensure that the card used for the purchase has sufficient balance and is valid throughout the instalment period.

Instalments are charged monthly, always on the same day of the month.

If paying via Multibanco reference, the participant will receive an email notification with the payment deadline and reference code. It is the participant’s responsibility to complete each monthly payment within the given timeframe.

As previously mentioned, the “Complete RPCendo Course” is considered a single course, and its total value reflects a discounted rate compared to enrolling in the three courses individually.

The closing dinner is not included for guests or companions. If you'd like to bring someone along, please contact the organisation in advance — we’ll provide the price and payment details for the extra dinner seat.

Transfer of Registration

A participant may transfer their registration to another colleague, as long as RPCendo is notified at least 7 days before the course start date.

Assessment

The assessment process is continuous and qualitative.

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a RPCendo diploma, delivered at the end of the training.
They will also receive an official training certificate issued via the SIGO platform, which will be sent by email in PDF format.

Attendance and Certificate Issuance

In every training session, participants must sign an attendance sheet, provided by a member of the training team.

This attendance record will determine eligibility for the professional training certificate, which will only be issued if the participant has attended at least 90% of the sessions.

This document will only be issued if all required fields in the registration form were correctly filled in.

Suggestions or Complaints

To submit suggestions, each participant will receive a satisfaction survey at the end of the course, where feedback can be provided.

Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the course coordinator. After analysing the situation, a response will be provided within a maximum of 15 working days.

Trainer Responsibilities

The trainer is expected to strictly follow the course syllabus and the corresponding curriculum.

The trainer is responsible for:

  • Providing and organizing all information related to the training program and adapting the methodologies to the course content;

  • Supplying all necessary materials for the practical sessions;

  • Writing session summaries;

  • Recording any relevant incidents;

  • Performing a qualitative assessment of the participants.

Trainees’ Rights and Responsibilities

As part of their participation in the training activities, trainees have the right to:

  • Receive the training for which they were accepted;

  • Receive any support materials provided by the trainer;

  • Be awarded a diploma upon completion of the course;

  • Have their personal data handled confidentially.

Trainees are also expected to:

  • Attend the training sessions regularly and punctually;

  • Sign the attendance sheets;

  • Inform the organisers in advance of any foreseeable absences;

  • Take care of all didactic materials and equipment used during training and of the venue itself;

  • Complete all documents required for the training process.

During practical training sessions, all materials provided remain the property of RPCendo and are intended solely for use within the course.

At the end of the course, trainees are required to ensure that all materials are collected, returned to the appropriate boxes, and properly accounted for.

Collection of Photographic and/or Video Material

During the course periods, photographs and/or video recordings (hereafter referred to as "image material") may be taken, in which students may appear.

This image material will be captured either by RPCendo, Lda. or by service providers contracted by RPCendo.

RPCendo, Lda. holds the right to edit the image material, which may be used for marketing and communication purposes, such as on social media platforms or on the official website.

RPCendo, Lda. also reserves the right to publish your name and any approved quote associated with the image material.

RPCendo, Lda. is entitled to use the image material without any time limitation.

No compensation will be offered for the use of such image material.
